These terms govern your use of Bynarium Networks services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, to disrupt third-party networks, to send spam or malware, or to infringe intellectual property.
Service levels
Service-level commitments are described in your service order or master service agreement. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for SLA misses unless otherwise stated.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for material breach, fraud, abuse or as legally required.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
